Salon policy

Please ensure you arrive timeously, at least 10 mins before your scheduled treatment time, to ensure that your allotted treatment time is not compromised.
Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time and the full-service fee will apply.

Bookings need to be made prior to appointments.

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Neroli Health and Body, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation fee: less than 24-hour notice and ‘no shows’ will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
